My Preparation To Become A Fashion Model
Diet- eats balance; no more junk foods even soft drinks (soda) and other unhealthy foods; dont eat a lot (2 cups of rice a day).
Clear Skin- sleep at least 7-8 hours a day; wash my face at least 2-3 times a day.
Body- no more laziness; exercise at least 30 minutes on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends.
